Ahmednagar Non-Conventional Energy Advisory Committee visited the project area on the 8th February 2007.

Committee appreciated Govind Gramin Vikas Pratishthan’s  (GOGVIP) work on Jatropha plantation.
Gulabrao Kale – President (GOGVIP), given them information that how GOGVIP worked hard to make this dream true. He also talked about organizations future plans to extend this work to contribute to make India self- sufficient in oil production by GOGVIP’s little efforts by producing ‘Bio-diesel’ from Jatropha seeds in future.

    Social Forestry Department’, Nashik - some officers and Panchayatraj members visited the Jatropha plantation area on the 28th March 2007 under ‘Jatropha training study tour’.

10 plantation Officers, 15 Assistant Plantation Officers, 10 Sarpanch, and 10 Gram-panchayat members were in the group. Mr. Gulabrao Kale – President Govind Gramin Vikas Pratishthan (GOGVIP) provided them guidance for Jatropha plantation. Group has decided to do the same project by taking inspiration from this successful project.
